Pusat Sukan Utama offers FREE shipping on all orders above RM 300.00 within Malaysia.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Express delivery charges apply regardless of order amount.
2. Delivery Areas
We ship to all states in Malaysia including:

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Rates
For orders below RM 300.00, the following standard shipping rates apply:

Actual shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.
5. Order Processing
- Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed on the same working day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully.
- You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the courier’s website.
If you have not received your tracking number within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us via WhatsApp at 012-3160747 or email richmounttrading008@gmail.com.
7. Failed Delivery & Undelivered Orders
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
- Pusat Sukan Utama is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information.
- If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- For orders lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
8. Damaged Items During Delivery
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp at 012-3160747 or email richmounttrading008@gmail.com.
- Include your order number and photos in your message.
- We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly.
⚠️ Do NOT dispose of the damaged packaging or product until the issue has been resolved — it may be required for courier insurance claims.
