Browse our products at utamasports.com, select your item, choose size and color, click Add to Cart, then proceed to Checkout. You will receive an Order Confirmation email once done.

We accept FPX Online Banking (all major Malaysian banks), credit card and debit card (Visa & Mastercard) via our secure checkout. PSU does not store any card or banking details.
Yes! WhatsApp us at 012-3160747 with the product name, size, color, and your delivery address. We will confirm availability and provide payment details. Especially useful for bulk or corporate orders.
Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at 012-3160747. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy if the item has already shipped.

Yes! FREE shipping on all orders above RM 300.00 within Malaysia. For orders below RM 300, standard rates apply based on weight and location. Free shipping applies to East Malaysia as well.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Use this to track your delivery on the courier’s website. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 2 working days, contact us at 012-3160747.
📏 Sizing
All PSU footwear is listed in UK sizing. Refer to our Size Guide for UK to EU, US, and CM conversion, plus a step-by-step foot measuring guide. If still unsure, WhatsApp us with your foot length in cm.
We offer size exchanges within 7 days for unworn items in original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp at 012-3160747. Return shipping to PSU is at customer’s cost; we cover delivery of the exchanged item back to you.
Nike: Generally true to size. For wider feet or between sizes, go half a size up. Phantom series has a snug fit.
Diadora: Runs slightly narrow. For wider feet, go half to one full size up.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we offer size and color exchanges within 7 days for unworn items in original packaging. We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering.
We apologise if this happens. Please take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp at 012-3160747 with your order number and photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at our cost.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method. We will notify you via WhatsApp or email once processed.
