At Pusat Sukan Utama, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Size & Color Exchanges

3. Refunds — When Accepted

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
⚠️ Refunds are NOT accepted for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or items that have been worn or used.
4. How to Request
- Contact us first within 7 days — WhatsApp 012-3160747 or email richmounttrading008@gmail.com. Do NOT send items back without contacting us first.
- Provide order details — order number, item, reason, and clear photos (required for defective or wrong item claims).
- Wait for approval — our team reviews within 2 working days.
- Pack and send — once approved, pack securely in original packaging and ship to our Shah Alam address using a tracked courier.
- Inspection — we inspect within 2 working days of receiving the item.
- Exchange or refund processed — within 7–14 working days after inspection.
⚠️ Do NOT send items back without approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and returned to sender at their cost.
5. Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia), you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product is defective, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description. These statutory rights cannot be excluded by any store policy.
If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, contact the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia at www.ttpm.gov.my.
