1. About Us
Pusat Sukan Utama (PSU) is a sports equipment and footwear retailer based in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. We have been serving customers since 1979 and are an authorised retailer of brands including Nike, Diadora, Hundred, Zoodo, and Molten.

2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the time of your order.
- Product images are for illustration purposes only — actual colors may vary slightly.
- All products are subject to availability. If an item goes out of stock after your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.
- Sale and promotional prices are valid for the stated period only and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
3. Orders & Payment
- Your order is confirmed only after you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.
- Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
- We accept FPX online banking, credit card, and debit card payments.
- PSU does not store any card or banking details — payments are processed securely by our payment gateway provider.
- If you need to cancel or amend your order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 012-3160747. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
4. Delivery
We ship to all states in Malaysia including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Free shipping is available on orders above RM 300.00. For full details on delivery times, rates, and self-collection, please see our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We offer size and color exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order for unworn items in original condition. Refunds are accepted only if the wrong item was sent or the item is genuinely defective. For full details, please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
6. Our Responsibility
- PSU is responsible for ensuring products match their descriptions and are delivered in good condition.
- PSU is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
- PSU is not the manufacturer of any brand we sell. Manufacturer defects beyond our Returns Policy should be directed to the brand’s official service centre.
- Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total value of the order placed by that customer.
7. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal data in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. For consumer disputes, you may also contact the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia at www.ttpm.gov.my.
