Getting the right size is important — especially when buying footwear online. Use this guide to find your perfect fit. If still unsure, WhatsApp us at 012-3160747.
1. How to Measure Your Foot
- Place a blank A4 sheet flat on the floor against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Wear your normal sports socks.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel with a pen.
- Measure the distance in cm between the two marks. This is your foot length.
- Measure both feet — use the larger measurement when selecting your size.
- Match to the size chart below — if between sizes, always size up.
💡 Tip: Feet tend to swell slightly during the day. Measure in the afternoon or evening for the most accurate result.
2. Shoe Size Conversion Chart
All PSU footwear (Diadora and Nike) is sized in UK sizing:

3. Brand Sizing Notes
👟 Nike
Generally runs true to size. For wider feet or between sizes, go half a size up. Phantom series has a snug performance fit.
👟 Diadora
Tends to run slightly narrow. For wider feet, consider going half to one full size up.
🏸 Hundred
Standard grip size. No sizing selection required. Additional overgrip tape can be added to increase grip thickness.
🏓 Zoodo & Molten
Standard adult sizes — no sizing selection required.
4. Between Sizes & Fitting Tips
- Always size up — a slightly larger shoe is more comfortable than one too tight
- Consider the socks you will wear — thick sports socks may require half a size up
- For football boots — a snug fit is normal for performance. They will soften with use.
